Tiled, Glass & Polycarbonate Roof Systems

We offer a range of versatile and energy efficient roof options, suitable for either new installations or the replacement of existing roofs alike. Our tiled roof options offer excellent U-Values and come with a choice of tile styles & colours, guttering styles & colours, and can even include Flat Lanterns (fixed or opening) with tinted glass or blinds! Glass & Polycarbonate roofs are a brilliant option for lean to style conservatories and extensions, allowing as much natural light as possible to flood into the spaces below. They can also be utilised as fixed terrace awnings or even free standing Pergolas too, enabling better use of outdoor spaces despite the UK weather!

Equinox

This market leading Equinox warm roof solid tiled solution is also the sustainable choice. When paired with Envirotile (precision manufactured recycled polymer tile system in a range of colours) this solution boasts a reduced environmental impact. The lightweight composition and interlocking fixing system mean it is quicker and easier to install too.

Enhanced ventilation of this system allows the roof to breathe adequately reducing the risk of condensation. The inclusion of high-performance Styrene helps boost overall roof energy efficiency and thermal insulation to keep the room below comfortable enough to use at any time of year! Various fascia & guttering colour options available as well as 3 different tile options – Envirotile, Steel Tiles or Composite Slate Tiles. Roof system U-values from as low as 0.15 dependant on tile type selected. LABC/LABSS certified.

Warmer Roof

The ‘Warm Roof’ design was conceived through the use of a unique modular pod system, pre-fabricated to speed up installation time and minimise disruption on site. The robust timber framework combats the risk of condensation in a way that similar aluminium structures can not, preventing issues in years to come giving total piece of mind. Finished off externally with lightweight tiles, available in a wide range of colours to match your existing home. A clean internal plastered finish with optional spot lights and opening vents will make your new room no longer feel like a conservatory but a part of your home. All structural and building regulations are met thanks to careful design and engineering. The roof has been extensively tested and certified to ensure it not only complies but exceeds the current building regulation requirements for both structural and thermal performance.

Warmer Roof have also launched the new and improved system, Warmer Roof Plus, now offered as a premium upgrade with a U-Value of 0.12Wm k making this the most thermally efficient, high performing roof system on the market to date. A multi-layer honeycomb insulation and premium insulated plasterboard provide even more thermal and vapour protection and in short helps keep your conservatory cool during the summer and warm during the winter, keeping your energy bills to a minimum.

Deeplas Oasis Glass & Polycarbonate Roofs, Verandas & Pergolas

The Deeplas range of Oasis roofs are available with Glass or Polycarbonate. The sturdy and versatile lean-to style offers multiple uses – ideal for Sun / Garden Rooms, Verandas, Glass / Green Houses, Porches, etc. The Oasis verandas come in two options. The Oasis glass option has a glazed roof, and the polycarbonate option has a polycarbonate roof, with four colour options offered. In addition, you can choose from three frame colours and two types of leg, guttering and footplate. All our Oasis roofs have an aluminium frame in a choice of three colours: white textures, cream white or Anthracite grey textured. It can either be installed with one side attached to the property, or freestanding, away from the house.

The Oasis pergolas come in two options. The Deluxe pergola has a retractable roof and is available in eleven sizes. And the standard pergola has a fixed rotating louvre roof and is available in six sizes. You can also choose to have your pergola freestanding or as a canopy attached to the house. The pergola range are all manufactured with aluminium square frame in Anthracite Grey.
